At Nutrition Moves, Geri Lynn offers nutritional health services that gently transitions her clients into a prevention and wellness path. These services include weight loss management, diabetes meal planning, cholesterol and lipid reduction, high blood pressure control, eating disorder counseling, bariatric nutrition, sports nutrition, prenatal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, customized nutrition supplementation, and functional nutritional testing including stress and food allergy testing. For clients with chronic health challenges, alkalizing, cleansing and detoxifying programs are available.

Geri Lynn has recently introduced Healing Touch into her service offerings. Healing Touch utilizes light or near-body touch to clear, balance and energize the human energy system to promote healing for mind, body and spirit.

Have you ever assessed your nutritional habits?

Prior to your first appointment, you will complete a New Client Questionnaire and Three-Day Record.  During your first appointment, Geri Lynn will measure your body composition  and review your questionnaire.  With this combined information, you will be given a written, individualized meal plan based on your current eating patterns to help you achieve your desired nutritional goals using appropriate educational materials.

Metabolism Testing

Find out exactly how many calories your body needs. Geri Lynn will use the MetaCheck metabolic analyzer from Korr Medical
Technologies, to measure your resting metabolic rate with a simple 10 minute breath test in the comfort of her office. Testing metabolic rates will determine exactly how many calories you may eat and still lose or maintain weight.  Using the computer generated report, you and Geri Lynn will develop an individualized eating plan that will help you achieve your desired results.

Using Ideal Health’s Custom Test Series you will be given an in-home kit to provide specimens to the Metrametrix Clinical Laboratory for analysis.  You will receive a written report and customized supplement package based on your individual nutritional needs.
